1. General Provisions

This Terms of Service defines the rules for using the IronCrown Tools online store, operated by IronCrown Tools LLC with its registered office in Warsaw, at Aleje Jerozolimskie 65/79, 00-697 Warsaw.

3. Scope of Services

The IronCrown Tools online store offers Customers the possibility of:

  • browsing the offer of tools
  • placing orders for products presented in the store
  • delivery of purchased products to the address indicated by the Customer
  • after-sales service and complaints handling
  • advice on the selection of tools

All products offered in the store are original, come from authorized distributors and have all required certificates and quality approvals.

4. Order Placement and Fulfillment Conditions

4.1 Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store's website. Orders are also accepted by phone at +48 22 567 89 01 during business hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.

4.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, the Customer receives automatic confirmation of order acceptance to the provided email address. The Seller confirms the order within 24 hours of receipt.

4.3 Order Fulfillment

The order is fulfilled within 1-3 business days from confirmation of product availability and receipt of full payment. Fulfillment time may be extended for products with limited availability.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices listed on the store's website are gross prices (include VAT) and are expressed in US dollars (USD).

Available Payment Methods:

  • bank transfer to the store's account
  • credit card payment
  • electronic payment (fast payments)
  • cash on delivery (additional fee)

The VAT invoice is issued automatically for each purchase and sent electronically to the email address provided when placing the order.

6. Product Delivery

Products are delivered throughout the United States and selected countries. Delivery is carried out by courier or postal service.

Delivery Costs (USA):

  • Courier: $15
  • USPS: $12
  • Personal pickup: free

Delivery Time:

  • 1-2 business days (courier)
  • 2-4 business days (USPS)
  • Immediate (personal pickup)

Note: For large orders (over $500) delivery is free throughout the USA.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer rights regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, as well as products that are perishable or have a short expiration date.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer should return the product to the address: Aleje Jerozolimskie 65/79, 00-697 Warsaw, in intact condition, in original packaging.

8. Complaints and Warranty

All products sold in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty in accordance with applicable law. In case of discovering a product defect, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaint Procedure:

  2. Including a description of the defect and photos of the damaged product
  3. Awaiting a decision on the complaint (up to 14 days)
  4. Sending the product to the store's address (if the complaint is accepted)

In case of a justified complaint, the product will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or the Customer will receive a refund.

9. Personal Data Protection

The IronCrown Tools online store places great importance on the protection of Customers' personal data in accordance with GDPR and national regulations.

Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods.
